Reservation Policy

  • Check-In time is 1 p.m. and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
  • If our Check-In/Check Out time does not suit your travel plan, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room arrangements can be made on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Cancellations/ alterations in bookings will be guided by the Cancellation policy.
  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof along, for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.

    • Cancellation Policy

    • In case of a no show the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.
    • The Management has the right to deny entry in case it observes any activities of illegal nature.
    • No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

    Cancellation Policy (for bookings between 6th January to 19th December)
    • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - 100% Retention Charges.
    • Cancellation within 8-15 days of arrival - 50% Retention Charges.
    • Cancellation within 16 days. - 1 month of arrival - 10% Retention Charges.
