To ensure transparency and a seamless booking experience, the following cancellation and refund policy shall apply to all reservations unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
• Cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date: 85% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in date or No-Show: No refund will be applicable.
No refund shall be applicable for cancellations or No-Shows for bookings falling during peak demand periods, including but not limited to:
• 20th December to 5th January
• Diwali Week
• Independence Day Holiday Period
• Long weekends, festival periods, special events, and any other dates designated by the management as blackout or peak periods.
Any applicable blackout dates will be communicated at the time of booking wherever possible.
Please note that individual hotels may have their own check-in policies. Certain hotels may not permit check-in for unmarried or unrelated couples. Such decisions are made solely at the discretion of the respective hotel management, and guests are advised to verify the hotel's policies before confirming their reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or deny check-in to any guest if it reasonably believes that the booking or stay may involve unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or inappropriate activities, or where the guest is unable to comply with the hotel's policies or statutory requirements.
In such cases, the reservation shall be treated as a cancellation by the guest, and no refund or compensation shall be payable.
• All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within the applicable processing timelines.
• Refund amounts, where applicable, may be subject to payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes, or other non-recoverable transaction fees, if any.
• By confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
